Hey there! Proud to say, I haven’t fallen off the bandwagon yet! I was even good over the weekend!
We were given a giant box of chocolates last week, they are all gone now, and I only had ‘HALF’ of one 🙂 Also we still have Christmas chocolate that I haven’t touched 🙂
Still doing the smoothies for breakfast. I upped my calories a bit the last 3 days which I shouldn’t have – it was all whole foods, but its already affected the weight loss, so I’m going to try to drop them back down today.
Ok, so I can’t quite remember how I made this soup but its FREAKEN DELICIOUS!
Broccoli Cheese Soup; – Serves 3
This is all to your taste, so keep tasting as you’re cooking and change it up to suit – just be mindful of the calories you could add.
1 Head of Broccoli (600grams ish) – 200c
1 Onion – 60c
1 Garlic clove if you like – 10c
2 Cups Skim Milk – unsweetened almond milk will give even less calories – but it will taste different – 182c
1/2 tsp Mustard powder – 10c
1/4 tsp Salt – 0c
2-3 Heaped teaspoons dry vegetable stock + a few cups water – or 3-4 cups liquid stock – 45c
Ground black pepper to your liking
1/4 cup grated parmesan OR a whole bunch nutritional yeast (to your liking) – 100 ish
Cook – Blitz – Bob’s your uncle 🙂
You could add spinach too – or other leafy greens to bulk it up.
